Our products are subject to a return or exchange policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
It is not possible to return or exchange the flavors that the customer ordered and were finally delivered.
It is possible to return or exchange if the product is different or wrong from what was requested from the customer in the same original condition upon delivery and wrapped in the original packaging and has never been used or opened within a maximum period of two (2) days only, except for the flavors.
The return request is made within (2) days from the date of receipt, and no request will be considered after the expiry of the period.
Upon return or exchange, the representative's fees or the shipping company's fees shall be on the customer.
Upon receiving the request from the representative, the customer must verify the request and sign the receipt.
